Wait, how much capital do you need in your account to even do this trade?? Because that seems unrealistic if you're making these instructional videos for most viewers. To the extent that if you had an account with as much as this would require, most would just park it in an index fund, or even an ETF that uses these exact same strategies like YieldMax I believe.

This is partially wrong for inversion. If the stock reverses direction you lose the profits that would be gained back by the position that was just closed, while still risking the losses for the position on the opposite end of the trade. You roll up the untested side, but you need to look at the P/L graph to make sure that as the price moves towards the downside you hit your profit target on the total trade to close out

You do not have unlimited profit when you buy a put because the most a stock can go down to is 0.

I take them at 50%. Rinse and repeat. But i sell 30 to 45 days out and have been averaging 5 to 7 days. I have rinse and repeated IWM 16 times this year for example.

I'm confused. Let's say TSLA is at 150 right now and I believe it will go down to 80 in December. Do I buy a Put or Sell a Put for tsla?

Try XSP instead of SPY. XSP is cash settled like SPX and is 1/10th of SPX.
